By accessing and using AdTech Index, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or submit reviews.

2. User Conduct & Intelligence

You agree to provide accurate, truthful information when leaving reviews. AdTech Index reserves the right to remove any content that our moderation team determines to be defamatory, completely false, promotional spam, or manipulative.

3. Vendor Claims & Representation

Vendors claiming profiles must be authorized representatives of the software company. Unauthorized profile claims, impersonation, or attempting to artificially manipulate Trust Scores will result in immediate account termination and a permanent public flag on the company's profile.

4. Intellectual Property

All user-submitted reviews become a part of the AdTech Index directory. By submitting intelligence, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, aggregate, and analyze this data.
